VISIT PONTEDERA- the homeland of Vespa!

Vespa museum, better known officially as the MuseoPiaggio, can be found in Pontedera in Northwest Tuscany, a 20-minute drive and 15-minute short train ride from Pisa and some 35 minutes from Florence. Entrance is free!

Pontedera is a unique open air  contemporary art gallery too:  explore open-air displays by some of the world’s finest artists, enjoy fascinating exhibitions thanks to a year-round programme of contemporary exhibitions and events!

Pontedera is so easy to get to being at the centre of Tuscany’s road network and with international airports of Pisa and Florence. It is on the main rail and road route from Pisa to Florence. (It's about 15 km east of Pisa so a good stop-off on the way to Florence).

Here you can find all the details you need for a visit to this part of Tuscany: what to see and do, outdoor activities, where to stay, transport, conventions, and a comprehensive amount of other information.

We wish you an enjoyable visit!
